foolhardy, but hardworking

Soft is bad, both the app and the vacuum itself. The previous vacuum we had never was that stupid. This one either forgets the map, can't find a rood or its charging station or just doesn't start cleaning if you choose a room

If your vacuum cleaner does not work well - has issues with finding the charging station, does not navigate according to the house plan (layout) or sometimes "blacks out", we would strongly suggest to clean the sensors of the unit on your hands. In addition to it, please reset the unit and try to update to the latest firmware available through the app. Also, please ensure that the charging station is not obstructed and has a wider space to make navigation back home more easier for the robot (charging dock should not be placed into the enclosed area inside furniture). If none of the tips will resolve the issue, please free to visit the nearest Euronics retail store in order to hand the product over for an inspection. Please take all of the accessories and the unit with you and also an invoice issued on your name. Purcases made as a private client have a two-year warranty. Kind regards,
