Cold: Thanks to the Cold Extraction Process, the J10 prepares genuine Cold Brew specialities. Extraction takes place using the espresso method, involving high-pressure pulses of cold water pressed through the ground coffee. Sweet: The subtle sweetness of the delicate, finely textured milk foam opens up a whole new world of coffee pleasure. The Sweet Foam function flavours the milk foam during preparation and takes indulgence to an entirely new level. By choosing the type and amount of syrup, you can customise the flavour and intensity to suit your personal preferences.

The latest generation of the Professional Aroma Grinder (P.A.G.2+), a high-performance grinder, is setting new standards in the coffee world. Equipped with aroma control, which actively monitors the consistency of the grind, it always delivers top results. Depending on the speciality, the machine will recommend setting the consistency to 'mild' or 'intense'. Whether fine or coarse, the resulting grind maximises the flavour in the cup. The grinding level can be adjusted at any time, as the P.A.G.2+ goes into rest mode before and after preparation, which helps promote a consistent grind and long service life. Meaning the J10 continues to provide the perfect flavour to the highest standard for longer.
Maximum ease of use
State-of-the-art technology also shapes the operating concept of the J10. The user can easily swipe through all programme items on the touchscreen. The Coffee Eye feature makes it even simpler to select the perfect speciality. This intelligent cup sensor can detect whether the cup has been positioned under the central coffee spout or the cappuccino spout, and helps the user position the cup correctly according to the speciality selected. Various helpful instructions also support the intuitive operation. It couldn't be easier. And the same goes for maintenance, because with the One-Touch milk system cleaning function, the job is done in moments.
