Euronics Circle of Friends program benefits

90-Day Exchange


The exchange period is 90 days from the date of purchase.

Conditions:

  • The exchange policy applies to both private individuals and legal entities registered as Euronics loyalty members.
  • The exchange right is valid once per transaction. An exchanged product cannot be exchanged again.
  • A purchase document must be presented to qualify for an exchange.
  • The product to be exchanged must be unused, complete, and in its original packaging. Any gifts and other additional benefits provided with the product must also be returned.
  • If the customer chooses a product of a lower value, they are entitled to receive accessories or other products from the Euronics store for the difference in price. If the customer chooses a product of a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.

Products NOT eligible for exchange:

  • Products with mechanical defects or other issues described in the product description, as well as products showing signs of use.
  • Products delivered as a custom order or tailored to the customer’s specifications.
  • Products purchased from Tammsaare Outlet.
  • Software, games, and other digital content.

Terms and Conditions of the "Friends Circle" Loyalty Program

1. General terms

  • "Circle of Friends" is the loyalty program of Antista AS (registration code 10508414, address Laki Põik 6, Tallinn), hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Program".
  • The Loyalty Program is available and can be joined in all stores operating under the Euronics name across Estonia and on the website www.euronics.ee.

2. Program scope

The following companies operate under the Euronics name within the territory of the Republic of Estonia:
  • Antista AS – Stores across Estonia and the online store www.euronics.ee
  • Metaan AS – Lõunakeskus Euronics
  • Võru Polar OÜ – Võru Euronics
  • Coop Põlva TÜ – Põlva Euronics

3. Enrollment and participation

  • By joining the Loyalty Program, the member (hereinafter referred to as the "Loyalty Member") confirms that they have read and accepted the terms outlined in this document, and that their enrollment aligns with their intentions.
  • All individuals aged 16 years or older and legal entities registered in the Republic of Estonia are eligible to join the Loyalty Program.
  • For minors (aged 16–17), the creation of a loyalty account requires the consent of a parent or guardian. If the Loyalty Account owner is a minor, they may not access all the benefits of the Loyalty Program (e.g., benefits related to civil obligations such as financing or insurance).
  • When creating an account for a legal entity, the registration code is required. Euronics may, in certain cases, require additional proof of the representative’s authorization.
  • All participants must have a valid phone number and email address, to receive registration confirmation.
  • The Loyalty Member is obliged to keep their contact information up to date.
  • Enrollment is more convenient and secure using Smart-ID, Mobiil-ID, or ID-card.
  • For secure login and convenient purchase registration in stores, members are advised to confirm their personal identification code on the "My Euronics" page.
  • Membership is digital – no physical card is issued. Membership is not limited in time.
  • If personal data changes, the member can update their information on the "My Euronics" page or contact Euronics customer service:

  • To ensure the security of personal data, Euronics may request an identification document or another form of identity verification accepted by Euronics when updating or modifying personal data.

4. Program identification and benefits

  • The Loyalty Program is personal – sharing the account with others is prohibited.
  • Personal benefits cannot be transferred to other individuals.
  • To receive Loyalty Program benefits in a store, the customer must identify themselves.
  • To access benefits in the online store, the customer must log in to the Euronics website.
  • A store representative has the right to ask for an identification document or another accepted form of identification. If the customer cannot verify their identity, the store representative may refuse to offer the discount or other benefits associated with the Loyalty Account.

5. Responsibility and limitations

  • Euronics is not responsible for transactions or damages arising from the Loyalty Member’s actions or inactions (e.g., sharing the account with third parties).
  • Euronics will make every reasonable effort to ensure the proper functioning of the program but cannot guarantee that system failures will not cause temporary disruptions.

6. Processing of personal data

  • Terms for processing personal data and information on account termination can be found here.

7. Marketing offers

  • Loyalty Program participants have the option to receive marketing offers.
  • The customer can restrict or modify the use of their contact details for marketing purposes on the "My Euronics" page.
  • The customer’s consent to receive advertisements can be managed on the "My Euronics" page.

8. Changes to the terms and conditions

  • Euronics reserves the right to modify, supplement, restrict, or terminate the terms and benefits of the Loyalty Program at any time at its discretion.
  • Euronics will notify Loyalty Members of any changes at least 30 days in advance on the Euronics website www.euronics.ee.
These terms are valid from 01.04.2025 and replace all previous terms.
