Product Reviews Terms and Conditions

Why do we publish customer reviews of our products?

  • Reviews on Euronics websites are collected to share with other customers how your experience with the product was. Do you want to leave a review? Great! Please keep these terms in mind when writing your feedback and your review will also appear on Euronics online store.

We do not allow leaving reviews under the following conditions:

  • The customer has not purchased the product from Euronics
  • Opinions or statements unrelated to the product or product use
  • Comments on price/shipping and/or service only
  • Comments that are contrary to good practice (obscenity) and comments that refer to possible offenses specified in legislation (incitement to hatred, discrimination, harassment, violation of equality, etc.)
  • Links (URL or not) to other websites.
  • Discounts, promotional campaigns, or price differences compared to stores or online stores other than Euronics.
  • With commercial content or purpose. Examples of this are as follows:
    • You have purchased a product from a third party in order to write a review about it.
    • You mention in the review that you received compensation from a third party for writing the review.
  • Reviews may be removed in the following cases:
    • If one or more conditions are not met or if Euronics has a reasonable suspicion of this.
    • If the review involves product information that was incorrect at the time of purchase but has since been corrected. To avoid confusing customers, we may remove the review.
    • If the automatic check detects that it is a bot and we have reason to believe that the review is fake.
  • A negative calculation is never a reason to reject or remove a review. If the review meets the criteria, we will also display it online.
  • Euronics itself does not add product reviews, manipulate consumer reviews, sponsor the content of reviews, or influence their content in any other way.

How are reviews collected and displayed?

  • From 01.12.2022, customers can only write reviews for products they have purchased through Euronics. This way we can be sure that the reviews are written by experienced experts. Euronics uses technical means to restrict others from adding reviews.
  • The customer confirms the rating by pressing the 'Next' button on the web, after which he/she has the opportunity to comment on the product and, if desired, under his/her own name. Otherwise, the comment will not be published and the name will remain anonymous.
  • All ratings and reviews are checked daily.
  • Reviews are displayed with the date the review was left.
  • Reviews and ratings cannot be changed after confirmation. Would you like us to delete your review? In this case, please contact our customer service.
  • We display reviews between the Baltic States (euronics.ee, euronics.lv and novastar.lt)
