    Get your purchase in 2 hours! Place an order in our e-shop and choose Collect from the Store as the delivery method. If the product is in stock in the selected store, you can receive the goods from the Euronics Drive-In area in just one hour. You can easily check the availability of the goods from the product card.

What is Drive-In?
Drive-In allows you to receive the goods ordered from the online store contactless from the Drive-In area next to the store.

When can I pick up my order?
You can pick up your Drive-In order as soon as we have sent you a text message. Depending on the store's stock, this may take 1-3 business days.

How can I receive the goods from the Drive-In area?
To receive it, please drive to the Drive-in area of the store and call the number indicated in the SMS or on the information board. Our customer service representative brings the ordered goods and places them in the car.

Do I have to come into the store to receive the order?
Of course not. The purpose of the Drive-In service is to avoid direct contacts during the delivery of goods. Therefore, after arriving at the store, please do not leave the vehicle and call the phone number indicated in the text message, after which the goods will be brought to your car.

What goods can I order upon receipt of Drive-In?
Upon receipt of Drive-In, you can order all goods from the Euronics online store. However, please make sure that the selected product fits safely in your vehicle. You can get acquainted with the dimensions of the product in the online store on the product card, in the section "Specification".

Which stores offer Drive-In service?

Is it possible to use the Drive-In service in the Euronics gift bank?
Not at the moment.

Can I pick up a Drive-In order on foot?
You can also pick up your Drive-In order on foot, but in this case please follow the instructions of our customer service carefully.
