Collection points

The recycling organisation EES-ringlus organises collections of old electronics and used batteries. They operate a nationwide collection network where consumers can drop off their old electronics and used batteries free of charge. Collection points can be found here.

What will happen to my product?

Electronics and batteries taken to collection points are diverted for further treatment and recovery in accordance with applicable laws. Old household appliances and electronic equipment can also be handed in at Euronics stores. Make sure you have removed any personal data from the device before throwing it away.

What should you do before recycling your old computer or smart device?

It's important to make sure you've moved your personal data from your smart device before you throw it away, and that you've disconnected it from different accounts and apps. Before recycling your old computer or smart device, make sure you do the following:
  • Copy the necessary data, files and contacts.
  • Remove accounts and deactivate features that restrict your phone.
  • Remove different cards from the device.
  • Restore your smart device to factory settings.
